Strategy development

Within four weeks, we will map out the strategic position of your organization, partly based on our unique ValueScript methodology.

This is characterized by a 360-degree perspective on the organization, whereby we also track the development of the crucial elements over time. This allows us to form an integral, holistic picture of your organization. The focus is on plausible future scenarios as a basis for clear choices and actionable steps.

The ValueScript methodology

The core of the methodology is that it does not view strategy as a static given, but as a storyline. A storyline with actors and objects that are within the controllable, the influenceable, or the non-influenceable spectrum in and around the organization. How did that interaction unfold over time? What were significant deviations compared to peers? Can we draw conclusions about future results from this, and if so, which ones? Using a well-thought-out script, we distill the storyline, the conclusions, and the proposed next steps.
